- Customizable Options: Need a thicker deck board? We can custom-mill 5/4×6 AYC with eased edges, though lead times may be slightly longer.
- Choose Your Grade: We offer AYC in small tight knot, clear mixed grain, and vertical grain varieties to match your aesthetic preferences.
- Length Options: Most AYC comes in random lengths of 8′ to 16′, with some boards reaching up to 20′ for a seamless look.
- T&G Installation: While clip systems aren’t compatible with AYC, we can mill your boards with a tongue-and-groove profile for a secure fit.pen_spark
- Stainless Steel Screws Recommended: AYC’s natural oils can react with standard deck screws. We recommend using stainless steel screws to prevent corrosion.
Red Grandis: Beauty and Performance Combined
Red Grandis offers another excellent choice for your outdoor deck. This attractive wood is known for its durability in hot, humid environments. Unlike AYC, Red Grandis takes stain beautifully, allowing you to personalize your deck’s look.
